Large Language Model

A "large language model" (LLM) is an AI system trained on vast amounts of text data to understand and generate human-like text. It uses deep neural networks with a very large number of parameters trained over a very large corpus of text. In HR, LLMs can assist in generating employee communications, analyzing survey responses, or creating training and development content.
